Request to Retest - Classroom Management Policy for Second Chance Assignments
Formalize your policy and expectations for second chances with this Request to Retest contract. Students complete the form for assignments they want to re-do. The form requires the student to: - Explain why their initial performance was not up to expectations - List supplemental actions they have taken to master the material - Have a parent or guardian sign acknowledging the initial score and retake attempt - Sign acknowledging that this second chance score will replace the initial score.
