This is a monster themed behavior chart that I use in my classroom. This chart has 5 levels: Outstanding Choices, Ready to Learn, Think About It: Warning, Teacher's Choice, and Parent Contact. I use clothes pins with student names on them to keep track of student behavior during the day. Each student starts out on "Ready to Learn."
