This is the binder that my team and I used this year. The file is 28 pages of dividers and forms. You can print as many of the different pages as you need to fashion your binder to your needs. My fourth grade team is all about students making goals and achieving them. This Reading Goal set is one of the ways we make this happen. The first page lets students make a goal for how many books they will read. It also makes a goal for how many AR or Accelerated Reader point they want to earn. We keep this binder by the phone we share. The log lets us see the topics that have been discussed with parents previously.

At school, we are all about teaching student to set goals, embrace challenge and to show grit. This is a goal chart that I made for my team to use.
