I created this PLANNING SHEET GRAPHIC ORGANIZER to guide students as they map out their thoughts before drafting. I have included a copy with words and blanks as well. Want a fun way to build your classroom reading community??? These slips will help you do just that!! Anytime a student finishes a book, or we finish a book as a class, they will fill out one of the slips and drop it in the jar!
