For each letter, a picture is displayed with the sentence prompt “The beginning sound is….”; the following slide reveals the answer, in capital and lower-case letters. The word is also included on the answer slide. In my classroom, we use white-boards to write the letter for the beginning sound before I move on to the answer slide.
