I have taught in one of the country's largest public school districts for the past ten years. I taught first grade for three years, fourth grade for two years, and third grade for five years. Properties of Multiplication Flip Book
This is a reference guide your students can refer to throughout the year. It is great for review and test prep. It also works great as a cumulative activity after teaching all the properties. The flip book defines each of the five multiplication properties and gives an example of each one. Students then fill in the book with their own examples. The two pieces are glued together and the doors of each property are cut open on the line. This is a full page flip book.

My own education history
I have of BA in educational instruction and a MA in curriculum and instruction. I received my BA from UNLV and my MA from UOP. I have taken numerous PD courses in many subject areas, as I am always looking to explore new options in the field of education.
Additional biographical information
I live in Las Vegas and teach in a low socio-economic area of the city. My family has lived in Las Vegas for over twenty years. My husband and I have been married for twenty-seven years and have two children. My son and daughter are currently both attending UNLV. I truly enjoy my career and constantly seek ways to improve my teaching and engage my students. I enjoy traveling, cooking, and football season! The Denver Broncos are my team, as we are originally from Colorado.
