I use these as a way to document a student's goals and what we worked on weekly. You type/write the goal/objective in the left and then sign off that the student worked on the activity under the appropriate day. They are very easy to use and can easily be used by anyone in your classroom. This is a sample letter I send out to the families of my students before each school year. I invite them to visit the classroom or let me come to their home. This is a very informal session, just a chance to meet the student and his/her family before the big first day. It helps me to put a face with a name and know what to expect the first day. This is a two page document I created to keep in contact with parents without having to write in communication notebooks or make phone calls daily.
The first page is a checklist of daily activities, student needs, behavior, etc. for the teacher to check and make comments if needed.

I use this Thomas Green Choice Train for a student of mine who LOVES Thomas the train engine. I cut out the stars and use them as rewards for when he is making green choices. When he gets a full board, he has earned his train engine to play with.
At the beginning of each year, we introduce colors by having the whole school wear a color per day. I created these cards for my Calendar to review what color we are wearing each day.
