I use these as a way to document a student's goals and what we worked on weekly. You type/write the goal/objective in the left and then sign off that the student worked on the activity under the appropriate day. They are very easy to use and can easily be used by anyone in your classroom. This is a sample letter I send out to the families of my students before each school year. I invite them to visit the classroom or let me come to their home. This is a very informal session, just a chance to meet the student and his/her family before the big first day. It helps me to put a face with a name and know what to expect the first day.
