I use these as a way to document a student's goals and what we worked on weekly. You type/write the goal/objective in the left and then sign off that the student worked on the activity under the appropriate day. They are very easy to use and can easily be used by anyone in your classroom. In my room, we have "tub work" time where each student gets their tub full of activities they need to work on for their IEP goals (everything is individualized).
