Teaching style

I believe learning sticks best when it's rooted in connection. Whether I’m designing resources for high schoolers or toddlers, I focus on engagement, real-world relevance, and meaningful interaction. My teaching style is warm and structured, always centered on supporting the whole child—and the whole adult guiding them.

My own education history

I’ve spent over 20 years in education, teaching and leading across grade levels and school settings. I began my career teaching high school French in public schools and later completed my doctoral studies before stepping into administration as the Director of Teaching and Learning at a PK–12 independent school. While in leadership, I stayed close to the classroom—teaching everything from Kindergarten and SEL in middle school to 4th–12th grade health and high school advisory. My focus has always been on systems that promote wellness and balance for both students and the adults who support them. Now, I work as an intentional planning coach, focusing primarily on educators while also supporting caregivers and other busy professionals. I continue pursuing my passion for teaching through hands-on work with students—leading a weekly toddler Sunday School class, directing our church’s Christmas pageant, and working part-time as a career coach for high school students.
