About the store

Experience

Most of my education experience is with 3rd grade or higher as a classroom teacher and all elementary grades as an instructional support teacher. I enjoy working with small groups and ESL students and speaking Spanish. I taught Spanish online to kids for about 2 years. I currently teach 6th grade English.

Teaching style

I like to do a little bit of everything: independent work, partners, cooperative groups. I like to fit in entrance and exit tickets, mini-activities that branch off of main concepts in core subjects. I believe that teaching and learning should be focused on real life situations and skill application.
