Print out a page for each student.Each student will circle the designated number of exercises per section.Determine the amount of time to do each exercise.Begin the class.

There are 12 different workouts. 3-2-1 Workouts include strength, cardio, and core exercises. There are also a couple of cardio and Tabata workouts at the end. I hope you enjoy these workout combinations!
