Whether you do this activity in your classroom, gym, or outdoors, you can encourage a healthy living through exercise. You can use it as a brain break by displaying one slide at a time throughout the day to do the exercises in your classroom. If you're doing this as an exercise class, print out the slides, laminate, and attach to cones. Then you can determine where your stations will be. Divide the class into four groups and begin the class.
