I used this when I needed a substitute lesson or gave a musical lesson. The worksheet is in order of the movie for students to follow along. It helped with accountability to keep their attention and guide them through the movie. This version goes with the 1999 Annie movie and has 15 questions.

I use this for general music to quiz my students over identifying what instruments are in what families: woodwind, brass, percussion, or strings.

This is used for our middle school as an icebreaker during the first days of school for students to get to know each other and learn about the group.
