Grade – 3
Lab Overview – The students will move from task to task to complete the
gravity lab.
Materials– A stop watch, inline plane and ball of choice.
Suggestion of ball types: Marbles, ping pong balls or ball bearings.
Prior Knowledge – How to perform a scientific trial and use of a stop watch.
Time – 1 class period then teacher will specify how much time will be
allowed for recording and discussing data.
