This is a cut and paste sort for introducing the inflectional ending -es.

I created this to correspond with The Gospel Project's curriculum's introduction to Judges. Students could draw and color a picture to represent each section and/or write words. Students could list judges and events in the Bible (write references) to represent what occurred in the book of Judges for each section of the wheel.

This Basketball themed game is a fun way to practice counting syllables. The student rolls a die and lands on a particular word. They must "clap" out the syllables and state how many syllables there are total. This game is ideal for a small group of 2-5 students. It could be a fun addition to literature center time.

In this game, the students will each have their own "piece". They will roll one 6 sided die, (or a smaller numbered die if available), to determine how many spaces to go. If they land on a prefix, they will say a word that has that prefix. If they land on one of the words, the student will add a prefix that makes a new word.
