We have all read about these new variants in the spike glycoprotein,. How can we help our students visually to understand? This 20" by 80" vertical banner is a multiple sequence alignment of all the new variants obtained from the NCBI. It's all diagrammed and each domain is annotated for easy reference. Enjoy!

In this image, the amino acid sequence is shown at the top right. The N-terminus and C-terminus of the sequence are labeled.
