There are spaces for teachers to tell parents about a student's day as well as spaces for parents to comment back or tell teachers about what happened at home the night before or that morning. This sheet is intended to be sent home with students every day. I would suggest making a lot of copies at the beginning of the year and making a binder to keep in each student's backpack.

This is a hands-on spelling activity targeting animal words. This activity is designed for students with autism spectrum disorders, but can be used in any elementary classroom. Students cut out the letters at the bottom and paste them in accordance with the model provided.
