I use this powerpoint presentation for all grade levels on the first day of school. It outlines expectations, rules, and procedures for the library that will be reinforced throughout the year. The content can be easily altered to fit your needs.
I created these certificates to be handed out to students who are caught reading recreationally. They can be altered to fit many different situations as reading incentives or rewards. I like that you can print out more than one certificate on a page.
Due to confusion regarding how and when students were getting home after library club, my principal requested that I create a document that parents would fill out and sign that would state how their child would be getting home. I keep these on file, in case students aren't sure if they should walk home or wait for a ride.
