Experience

I've been teaching High School Biology since 2009. I taught for 4 years at a progressive charter school that was at the leading edge of transition to Common Core and the NGSS. I am currently teaching at Del Oro High School in the sierra foothills.

Teaching style

I utilize technology whenever it is useful and am trying to implement more reading and writing skills into my curriculum. I am a big fan of creating cross-curricular content.
