This file is a collection of 50 photo cards formatted for business card paper (but you can just cut if you prefer) that you can use with a bunch of different sort and categorizing. I made them years ago and had to remake because I lost the file (don'tcha hate that) but the kids wore them out! I used them initially as a Science explore activity and the students found many more valid categories than I would have. Then I guided them to sort by physical properties and then again for states of mat

Hmmm. Spontaneous. Lots of games and activities were created for review purposes or to give students a learning activity while other kiddos participated in small group direct teach.

I've been honored with heartfelt thanks from parents, hugs from students and support from administrators. I'm a "Teacher of the Year" bridesmaid, never the bride but I laugh every day.
