Apology of Action Worksheet (adapted version)

After a behavior referral, students are often expected to apologize. This worksheet allows for reflection on the behavioral incident, identifying how the individual felt, who was affected, how they can fix it, as well as how they will respond better next time. The file includes open ended short answer responses, as well as an adaptive version where the student can circle the response that is closest to the situation they had.

My own education history

I graduated from Cab Calloway School of the Arts in 2012. Next, I received my bachelor's degree in Special Education Pre-k through 8th grade from Westfield State University. I then began to teach at a private special education school in 2016. While teaching, I received my master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019 from Our Lady of the Elms College and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2020.
