Moon-o Moon Phase Uno STAAR Review Game
Uno style card game to review moon phases and any other material for state testing. Teachers will need to have self checking Task Cards ready to add to this game.

Rules of Play:
Each player is dealt 5 Moon-O cards. The remaining cards are placed face down to form a DRAW pile. The top card of the DRAW pile is turned over to begin a DISCARD pile. Player 1 has to play the card that is the next phase in the

Moon Phases Calendar Activity
This activity will help your students be able to visualize the phases of the moon as they appear in the night sky for an entire month.
The students will: 1) Label a calendar page with the month and day they were born (your birthday).
2) Number the calendar according to the Months of the Year chart provided.
3) Color in the first New Moon on their birth date. Then fill in the remaining moon phases on the calendar (before and after their birthday).

My first degree was in Psychology with an emphasis on child development and learning and memory, TSU San Marcos, TX.
My second degree was in Elementary Education, Tarleton, Stephenville, TX.

I am a wife and mom to a wonderful and growing family. Our nest has recently emptied, but we have gained an amazing son-in-law, daughter-in-law, and grandson. I am convinced the best is yet to come...
