This is a fun, interactive way for students to learn how an autopsy is performed and how it can be useful in determining the cause of death. Can be used for distance learning, this exploratory lab is a good introduction to solubility and saturation principles. At the end, students will have rock candy and can visualize how the change in temperature and pressure allowed the supersaturated sugar crystals to diffuse out of solution.

This activity is a straightforward and simple introduction to the world of cyber forensics. I designed this to be less comprehensive and more inquiry-based since the follow-up activity was a student-driven research project. I encourage you to also have students research something they are personally interested within the cyber forensics field! Can be both online and in-person.

This is a thorough assessment that covers valence electrons, different kinds of bonding, octet rule, valence electrons, and periodic table trends. It is challenging and was created for higher-performing students. However it allows for differentiation since it is majority free-response. I don't have a formal "key", but the rubric for grading the points is attached.
