This homework packet is based off my free Articulation Homework with directions in both Spanish and English. To save time during the speech session, I decided to make homework for the most common processes I work with, so that I could just check the 4 or 5 targeted words, instead of writing them. I use this form to quickly create on the spot articulation homework to send to parents. The top portion of this form has directions for parents in both English and Spanish. The directions instruct the parents to practice for 5 minutes a day every day until the next speech session. There is a large space in the middle to quickly write target sounds, words, or sentences. I usually pick 2 or 3 targets that the child has mastered in the current speech session. The bottom of the page contains a
