About the store
👋 Welcome to Sharper Together! Engaging ELA resources that meet students where they are. Hi there! I'm Jordan, a high school English and ESL teacher with experience in both academic and honors-level courses. I specialize in creating engaging, standards-aligned resources for middle and high school ELA classrooms, including vocabulary games, writing tools, and creative literary analysis activities. In the summers, I work with elementary students to combat the summer slide in reading and math. I also spent three incredible summers teaching abroad in Israel in both Hebrew- and Arabic-speaking schools—an experience that deeply shaped my global, inclusive teaching perspective. Whether I’m teaching Shakespeare or supporting language learners, my goal is always the same: to make learning meaningful, inclusive, and student-centered. Thank you so much for being here and supporting my small teacher-owned store. Every download you make supports not only my classroom, but also countless others. I’m so grateful!

Teaching style

I believe students learn best when they’re active, connected, and supported. I design resources with movement, collaboration, and student voice in mind—especially for my wonderfully awkward 9th graders! Whether it’s a vocabulary game, a peer-editing tool, or a thematic project, everything I create is rooted in the belief that kids are humans first, students second.
