Place this handout in the centre of the meeting table for team members and facilitators alike to draw from, practising the art of asking deeper questions about practice and student learning.

A tool to keep collaborative meetings and Professional Learning Communities on track. Traditionally used within the classroom, the parking lot provides a record of actions that need to be addressed and minuted, but don't require discussion within the meeting they have been brought up in. It helps members of the team feel as if their specific queries have been considered and will be addressed at a later date and frees the team up to complete the real purpose of their meeting.
