I created this FREE resource to accompany the STARS (Strategies to Achieve Reading Success) reading intervention program. I created this for my daughter for over the summer months. She has to do 4 things each day to keep up her reading, math, spelling, and writing skills over the summer months! Slides are editable!!!

This planner is completely editable! The planner includes columns for 4 subjects, blocks, or class periods, but you can certainly add as many as you want! It also includes all 5 days of the week on one page for easy viewing. You also have the option to change all of the colors, column sizes, font size and style, etc.

This is a simple way for students to record the setting of a simple story and characters in a story. There is also a place for students to write a character trait for each character they list. I use this with my learning support students and they have had much success! If you'd like an editable version, please just contact me! :)

This is a math vocabulary notebook that I have started to use with my students this school year. It is not complete and I am always adding to it! I wanted to make available what I have completed so far (for FREE :)). It is completely editable too! There are 4 different color cover pages (I have 4 different grades/sections). This is a great activity for students to demonstrate their understanding of the commutative property of addition and multiplication. It is quick and easy for teachers to grade/assess student's understanding of this concept!

My students use this to track which problems they solve incorrectly when practicing their basic math fact fluency. They typically use this when practicing their math facts on www.thatquiz.org, but you could use this with flash cards and other ways of practicing math facts. This tracking system puts the responsibility on the student to track their progress and they can immediately see what problems they need to focus on to improve their fact fluency.

They can be whole punched and added to a ring for easy storage and practice! They are also color coded (I LOVE color coding!) by digit.
