These ready-to-use poster templates are perfect for students who are learning how to share their findings with others. There are 3 different options in the slide deck that can all be customized further, but can also be assigned with no additional prep! Descriptions are provided in the Speaker Notes for students with some guidance for what can be in each section as a starting point.

This lesson will teach students about the 3 types of rocks. This includes a student document AND slideshow that is linked to the document. Be on the lookout for references and song suggestions for Rock music! You will need rocks to identify that are numbered. Kits work well for this!

Throughout this project, students will choose a scientist from a list and learn about them, making comparisons to themselves. This is a great way to give students exposure to some prominent scientists that they may not already know. This project will require students to do research on a scientist and you will also learn about your students in the process. This would be a great project any time you get a new group of young scientists and this could be a great way to practice presenting in fron
