For your ELD students taking the AZELLA test Stage II, talking on the phone might be scary or confusing. This is a practice you can use for you students. I partnered up with a buddy class and had one of their students call my classroom and ask the questions. My students answered the questions in complete sentences.
I use this with my ELL students as one of their daily vocabulary stations but would work great for any student. It can be used on the computer (I like to put mine on WIXIE or Google Classroom for my students.) I have also put it in protective sleeves and had the students write with whiteboard markers to save paper. Use these cards to practice Noun Modifiers. You can make a copy for groups to play Go Fish or just make a class set and time them on how long it takes them to find their match.
