DNA SEQUENCING ACTIVITY- A SANGER SEQUENCING SIMULATION
A great senior biology molecular biology/biotoechnology simulation of Frederick Sanger's DNA sequencing method by using colored paperclips and cups. Students will understand the process of using sequence terminators ddNTPs to build various fragment sizes before simulating separation by size and ultimately reading the base sequence.
