This is an editable word document to send home to inform the parents or guardians of current grades that have been received. I use this form every two weeks to update my parents on the grades my students have received. I simply edit the title of the tests that was given and add the grades in. There is a tar off sheet that should be signed and returned as proof that my parents are aware f grades. I do not send home tests unless parents ask. This is great if you too do not send home tests.
