I forgot my homework - Post It Note Template

Here is a simple way for students to be accountable for their forgotten homework. IF a student doesn't have work to turn in, they take a post-it, fill out date, reason for not having homework and they stick it in their planner for a parent to sign and return. I love using Post- it notes in class! Printing them is super easy and a fun way to give kids feedback in notebooks or on assignments. First print out the template and stick post it notes on top of it. Carefully feed it into your printer tray. BE SURE you know which way your printer feeds the paper to avoid jamming it. (I place my paper face down with the top feeding first). ENJOY!

Here is a fun way to hand out homework passes that will not get lost! I have my students stick the pass onto the inside of their folder pocket. Print out the template, stick the post-it notes on to it and put it through your printer. BE SURE you know which direction your printer feeds, or else it will jam. (I place my template with sticky notes upside-down with the top feeding first).
