The Cre8tive Education Math Sort program is designed to align with Australian Math Curriculum. It is a yearlong approach to math teaching, and can be incorporated into any math structure a teacher may use. Most recently it has been trialled in a Daily Math 4 approach, whereby students completed Math by Myself, Math with Someone, Math with the Teacher and Math Sorts. Students would keep the same math sort for a week, sorting each day, and finally gluing in on the final day as a form of assessmen

In this exciting unit, students will learn to perform using the elements of role situation and focus on dramatic play and improvisation. Students will work together to create and present a drama story/movie that expresses the fictional story “The Gingerbread Child." This unit has been designed for students to not only perform the story but produce a completed, action-packed movie out it!
