Teaching style

I really enjoy online / hybrid teaching. This allows me to adopt a collaborative, learner-prioritized, self-paced approach to teaching and learning. My International Baccalaureate training, emphasizing concept-based teaching as it does, changed my perspective on classroom management, resource development and my modes of interaction in the classroom or the virtual classroom.
