Each September I begin teaching the Writing Process to my special education students by teaching them how to write a personal narrative. This packet includes: one prewriting template, 3 differentiated templates (color coded to help students with visual processing needs), a data collection sheet, and a sample lesson plan including the CCLS anchor with objectives. This questionnaire (English & Spanish Versions) will help parents/guardians answer detailed questions the student may not be able to express.
