This daily reflection sheet encourages students to write their name, identify the day of the week, and recall any special activities they completed or services they attended. It also prompts them to choose an overall emotion for the day. This is a great resource for students who are learning to identify emotions. I also have some of my students take the sheet home with them so that they can talk to their parents about their day.
I created these Student Info sheets to put on my students' lockers. It includes spaces for recording their service/specials times, IEP goals, and any special alerts (allergies, sensory/behavioral needs, etc). I also keep copies in my Sub Binder so that someone who is less familiar with my students would be able to quickly learn some of the basic information.
Pokémon themed token board with space for 6 tokens and a reinforcer picture. The reinforcer picture is the “dusk ball” as I am told by students that it is the most desired Pokémon ball.
