Included in this Speech Cat document are long-term and short-term articulation goals for R, vocalic R, and R blends. Refer to these to facilitate your IEP writing!

This simple spreadsheet can be used to track the progress your student or client is making toward goals. Simply enter the long-term and short-term goals in the appropriate spaces (insert table rows as needed--e.g., for additional short-term goals below long-term goals), and then track percentages or other variables by session. I created this Speech Cat template for speech therapy, but it can be used to track any kind of goals.
