About the store

Experience

This is my third year teaching 8th grade. I have two years of experience teaching science and one year teaching U.S. history.

Teaching style

I utilize a variety of teaching styles in my classroom, and could not simply pick one! I like to engage my students with hands-on activities every day. My students also create an Interactive Science Notebook (ISN), which includes all of their notes, labs, and reflection activities. The assignments I create for the ISN are designed to be visually appealing and versatile for any teacher's specific needs.

My own education history

My Bachelor's Degree is in History from the University of Tennessee. I also have a Master's Degree in Social Science Education with an emphasis in Middle Grades Education from the University of Tennessee.
