About the store
I have 20+ years of experience teaching grades 7 - 12, math and physics. I've spent the majority of the last several years teaching calculus and AP Calculus though I've also taught general and AP Physics 1 for a number of years. Due to a lack of curriculum support and resources, I've had to create my own material over the years to better support my students. It is my hope that you and your students find my material useful and helpful as well.

Constant Velocity Car Lab - Pre-lab discussion

This is the powerpoint that supports and precedes the constant velocity car lab for physics or algebra to introduce linear graphs and interpret their meanings. Note: You'll need an object that travels at constant velocity in order to complete the corresponding lab. A battery powered toy car works well for this lab.

Experience

I have 20+ years of experience teaching grades 7 - 12, math and physics. I've spent the majority of the last several years teaching calculus and AP Calculus though I've also taught general and AP Physics 1 for a number of years. Due to a lack of curriculum support and resources, I've had to create my own material over the years to better support my students. Teaching style

I have embraced the guided inquiry style of teaching. Inquiry, however, is quite time consuming. I therefore use supplemental direct instruction lessons about half of the time.
