I use this project with my Spanish II students using the Realidades I textbook. It will take the students a significant amount of time to complete this project to the highest standards and should have multiple check in dates and be assigned to work in groups. I focused on news broadcasts or other media entertainment from the vocabulary of chapter 9A.

This is a basic rubric and project outline I created and used with my Spanish I students after the 5A unit in the Realidades I textbook. This project allows students to use their own family, or a different family such as the royal family or the family from "Modern Family". The students liked that they could be creative with their "family members".
