I recently went back to school and received my state ELL and Bilingual endorsements.
Students will practice double-digit subtraction (without regrouping) by drawing base-ten blocks and then crossing out the tens and ones that are subtracted. There is one bonus problem that involves regrouping.
Students can complete this with or with out base-ten manipulatives.
Enjoy! Please provide feedback. :)
