About the store
After completing my bachelors degrees in both Biology and Chemistry, I went on and completed my Masters in Education, with a specialization in science education. I was a public HS science teacher in both urban and rural schools for nearly 5 years in addition to serving as a the head instructor at a private institute for mentally and physically disabled children during my summers. This is a hands-on science lab that enables students to practice using the scientific method. It can be completed as an individual assignment or in groups. This lab can be used in all science subject areas to introduce the scientific method. Students must design their own experiment based around studying the movements of a pendulum. This lab requires the student to develop their own hypothesis, experiment, and data collection methods. Students must then analyze and communicate their results. Thi

Teaching style

As a science educator, my teaching style focuses on hands-on learning and experimenting. I feel students learn the best when they get right into what I am teaching and can experience the information first hand through self discovery.
