Students can tape these guided reading trackers to their desks or they can be used as bookmarks. I laminated them and put a sticker on each level as they moved through them. Kids love them and they track their own data!

This is a form that you can prepare in advance for a parent teacher conference. There are nine spots for tests because we have 9 week cycles at my school. There is even a spot for you and the parent to sign so that you have documentation that you both spoke about the items on the form. Then store it in whatever binder you keep your parent communication in.

This form should be made front and back so that you can have monday through thursday plans on one sheet of paper. This form is incrediby handy and reduces the amount of paper you use drastically by hanving four days of plans in one place.

Students love to be awarded for their Academic Success whether for being Resilient or for making a Great Grade. This easy to fill in Math Award gives students the recognition they want with little effort from you.

Simple parent contact form that meets all your needs for keeping track of parent communication. It has space for Who you contacted, why you contacted them, what was the result of the contact and so on.

This can be used as part of the Daily 5 or any literacy work station routine. I pair up students , one higher and one lower. The lower one is the student and the higher is the teacher. The teacher tests the lower on HFW and at the end of the rotation they write down the number of words that the student got correct so that I can see that they worked and whether the student is growing or not.
