CVC Words Digital Cut and Paste
Use this activity to help young readers use technology to practice CVC words! Students use a touch screen, desktop, or laptop to move the letters into the correct position. Depending on the technology, students can use the mouse, arrow keys, and/or touch screen to click and drag the letters to spell the words. If the classroom has an interactive white board, this activity can also be done as a whole class activity. It can also work for 1:1 classrooms and Chromebooks!

For years I struggled with 3 things regarding managing assessments: streamlining the look, keeping track of answer keys, and pulling old questions/answers to include on a cumulative assessment. This template solves ALL of those problems!
For this template, I have created a table where the question number, question, and answer all have their own column. Each question has its own row. If I need more or less questions, I just add or delete rows as necessary (right click in a cell and insert/del

Editable Lesson Plan Template for Teachers
Each day is represented by its own text box, so it is really easy to switch days around. Making days movable is extremely helpful in response to needed adjustments due to snow days, assemblies, unexpected absence, students needing an extra day, etc. By typing lesson plans into this template, you are able to copy/paste and adjust from last year. My philosophy of teaching is to find different ways for students to learn. I believe it is important to show students that math does apply to the "real world" and that yes, indeed, math can be fun.

I enjoy trying new strategies with my students and 'trying' to keep up with them and technology in the classroom.
