These debates are a great way to assess your students’ understanding of renewable energy. This project will help them learn to research a topic, argue a specific point, and collaborate with others. Students can debate against one another and compete to see which renewable energy source is the best. Students will research a genetic disorder and create a brochure based on their findings. This project is a great way to teach students 21st century skills and to incorporate writing in science class. Product includes an editable rubric and an editable sign up sheet for each disorder.
