I have thirteen years of teaching experience as a public school teacher and homeschooling mom of two. I have designed and created curriculum for over ten years. My primary focus is K-2 with an emphasis on unit studies and hands-on learning.

Teaching style

I love teaching with unit studies where I can incorporate different subject areas together as we focus on learning about a topic. All students learn differently, so I strive to include activities and strategies that cater to various learning styles through movement, songs, experiments, hands-on activities, technology, and more.
