This produce has four versions of a middle- to high-school level behavior contract. Included are versions where the student must brainstorm their own behavior to correct and versions with pre-chosen behaviors that the student can check-off. In all versions of the contract the student must identify strategies they can use to ensure they fulfill their promise.
