This dice game prompts kid to reflect on and appreciate their strengths. It highlights some of the many different parts of ourselves that are special. I use this game to help remind kids of their goodness, and for children who are low in self-esteem. The game can be played in pairs or groups for relationship building or practicing gratitude for each other. Game can also be integrated into Valentine's Day for a lesson on self-compassion and loving ourselves.

P.D. Three Sense uses three of their senses (Feeling, Seeing, and Listening) to detect things in their environment. Kids can use their senses in their own lives to practice increasing awareness and using senses to get to a mindful state. This poster can be used to help kids regulate, bringing them back to the present moment.
