Using processes to write and evaluate linear inequalities, this problem uses a serious truancy problem to solve and find a student's progress in paying a fine. For use with any student's teaching about what can happen when you have a change in your attitude.
This is a poster I put up in my classroom and have laminated on my lesson plan folder. It's a great way to model the practice of active learning. Modify the colors and graphics to help support your school spirit.
